Customer support portal launched

We’re pleased to announce we’ve recently launched a new cloud based customer support portal.

Now, our rental and new home customers can simply send us an email at support@twinlite.com where maintenance or admin issues will be dealt with immediately.  Customers can also tweet us at @twinlitesupport.

There is also a knowledge base at www.twinlitesupport.com which contains answers to some frequently asked questions.
