Customer support portal launched

We’re pleased to announce we’ve recently launched a new cloud based customer support portal.

Now, our rental and new home customers can simply send us an email at where maintenance or admin issues will be dealt with immediately.  Customers can also tweet us at @twinlitesupport.

There is also a knowledge base at which contains answers to some frequently asked questions.
