We are seeking a Accounts Assistant to join our small finance team to handle accounts payable for a large construction project. Our ideal candidate would have a minimum of 2 years experience, preferably in the construction industry or related sectors. Knowledge of Sage software is a requirement. You will be a self starter, highly motivated, and willing to work to deadlines.
As our Sales & Marketing manager you will work closely with our Asset Management team rolling out a brand new residential rental product in Dublin. Direct responsibilities will include the formulation and execution of a marketing plan, overseeing digital sales and management of Community initiatives once the product is in place. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who is extremely personable and has a genuine interest in their chosen sector. They will have a third level qualification in Sales, Marketing or a related subject with a minimum of 3 years experience in a Sales & Marketing role, with cross discipline experience in either the Hotel or Real Estate sales industry an advantage. Other requirements include strong knowledge of e-commerce, digital marketing and social media. Direct real estate sales or letting experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
We are seeking a hard working Administrator to work primarily with our Asset Management team to ensure its administration requirements are property catered for. Direct responsibilities will include the collating and tracking of lease information, the preparation and filing of property regulatory notices and corporate filings. Additional responsibilities may include provided a backup admin function for Senior Management. The ideal candidate will be a hard worker, flexible and extremely detailed orientated.
