Acquisition of Hotel site

Twinlite announce the acquisition of a hotel site at Bolton Street, Dublin 1.
The fully consented design consists of a 90 bedroom hotel, with ground floor cafe opposite Dublin’s historic Henrietta Street and close to the DU campus at Grangegorman, the Rotunda hospital and the uber-cool neighbourhood of Smithfield.
Twinlite intend commencing construction in early 2025 and opening the property in 2026.
