Vesta expands to Hamilton Gardens

December 13th – Dublin, Ireland

Twinlite announce the expansion of its BTR platform Vesta to Hamilton Gardens.

Developed by European real estate private equity manager Tristan Capital Partners, Hamilton Gardens comprises more than 400 purpose built rental homes, together with ancillary commercial space.

Vesta, Twinlite’s in house BTR/PRS management platform, has taken over the letting and facilities management of Hamilton Gardens.  Vesta now has over 1,000 apartments under management.  

Twinlite continue to seek expansion opportunities for the Vesta platform in Dublin and are excited by this latest chapter of growth.
