Twinlite today can confirm that is has acquired land at Ballygossan Park, Skerries in Co. Dublin for an undisclosed sum.
The land has full planning consent for 144 dwellings, along with a creche, playing pitches and a linear park. Twinlite intend constructing the homes as soon as possible and look forward to bringing them to market in the near future.
