Castle Park Road commences

July 22nd, 2021 – Dublin, Ireland

101 new homes will be coming to south Dublin as Twinlite commences construction on Marietta Woods, Dalkey after completing rock excavation and site mobilisation.

The crescent shaped pavilion building is the result of an exhaustive design process with Twinlite’s design team, comprising McCauley Daye O’Connell architects and Kavanagh Burke consulting engineers.

When completed in March 2023, the building will be one of the first delivered with a full ‘blue roof’ which provides for both rainwater storage and supports biodiversity through rooftop planting.  

Targeting HPI environmental accreditation will make Marietta Woods one of the most environmentally friendly apartment buildings constructed in Ireland.

Commenting on the commencement, Executive Director of Twinlite Rick Larkin said; “We’re excited about delivering the first new apartment building to Dalkey in more than a decade.  This is incredible village has a lot to offer, being right at the sea while only 15 minutes from Grand Canal Dock.”
