Castle Park Road completed

Twinlite are pleased to announce the completion of its project at Castle Park Road, Dalkey, Co. Dublin.

The crescent shaped pavilion building contains 101 high quality apartments and is the result of an exhaustive design process with Twinlite’s design team, comprising McCauley Daye O’Connell architects and Kavanagh Burke consulting engineers, along with landscape consultants Murphy + Sheanon.

Targeting HPI environmental accreditation will make Marietta Woods one of the most environmentally friendly apartment buildings constructed in Ireland.

The building has been named Marietta Woods and will be operated for private rental sector.
