The recent let up in the weather has given the guys on site an opportunity to catch up, and they haven’t squandered it. We hope to start roofing No 1 next week, with No’s 2-4 following slightly behind that. Back on track for June/July completion. Look at that brick! Beautiful!

Ludford Road planning granted
Happy to announce we received a final grant of planning permission for 5 houses off Ludford Road in Dublin 14 on the 31st of October.
