Two Three North commences

282 new homes will be built in Clongriffin by Twinlite as part as part of a €90 million euro development. Two Three North Clongriffin marks Twinlite’s second major apartment scheme in the area and will use the latest building technology to deliver the 7.4 acre project in 20 months. 

“Two Three North means that Twinlite will have soon built more than 650-homes in the Clongriffin area, delivering high-quality accommodation for more than 1,300 residents,” said Rick Larkin, Executive Director of Twinlite.

Twinlite’s first site in Clongriffin, One Three North was one of the fastest schemes of its scale to be built in Ireland, taking just 20 months to complete all 376-apartments despite delays arising from the Covid-19 pandemic. 

“By using the latest technology and best of Irish talent, we have been able to overcome some of the challenges facing our sector due to Covid-19 and are on track to welcome our first residents in September next year. Our first site in Clongriffin, One Three North, was completed in just 20 months and we’ll be striving to beat expectations here also.”  

“We succeeded in securing investment during the height of the pandemic which allowed us to start construction the day the lockdown restrictions lifted. Despite this being a challenging time for our sector, we are glad to say that we will be supporting 400 jobs during the development of Two Three North.”

The new Clongriffin site will be a leader in sustainable design, delivering high-quality A energy rated homes. The spacious development will be managed by Vesta and will provide residents with access to a gym, co-working spaces, a cinema and social facilities.

The development is located next to the 54-acre Father Collins Park providing residents with access to a running track, picnic areas and playgrounds. It is also be located near the dart, meaning residents are just a short 15-minute journey from the city centre.
